Wolf Pine Quiche
We feel fortunate to collect fresh eggs from our chickens each day! I wanted to use more eggs than most quiche recipes call for and replace heavy cream with whole milk from our local farmers. This recipe is very versatile! You may substitute your favorite blend of cheeses and fillings. We always start our Easter brunch with this recipe!
Cannoli Pie
Cannoli Pie graces our table every holiday, and it always pleases a crowd! While not traditional, the buttery graham cracker crust and cannoli filling are a match made in Heaven! This dessert is light and airy and can be prepped ahead!
Blueberry Vanilla Scones
While these are not traditional English scones, they are absolutely delicious! We often find this American version (think the best muffin top you've ever had) in our local bakeries. We have added cold butter, sour cream, and mascarpone to keep the scones fluffy and moist!
Berry Galette
Our galette is beautiful, and bursting with fresh flavors! We’ve topped our buttery and flaky pie crust with a blend of four delightful berries. This dessert is perfect for all of your get-togethers. Don't forget to add the vanilla bean ice cream!
Lemon Ricotta Cake
Lemon Ricotta cake brings back wonderful memories from my childhood! I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by family that loved and appreciated cooking food together! This cake is sweet, tart, moist, and oh-so buttery! Our recipe will brighten up any occasion!
Blueberry Cheese Danish
We use our Blueberry Maple Sauce for this light and flaky cheese Danish. The vanilla glaze brings all the flavors together for the perfect treat! You may also enjoy using our recipe for Grammie's Raspberry Jam as an option!
I was just planning my Easter menu: will be using at least three of these recipes!
