We are quickly approaching our fourth year of homeschooling! Once we wind down on our blueberry season, I know it is time to finish my planning for our upcoming school year. I have updated our Resources Page with our favorite books, supplies, puzzles, and games! These are resources we use daily or refer back to often. The Children's Pick section is ever-growing and one you won't want to miss!
We have continued to grow our library of studies and workbooks in our SHOP. You can find many options for early learners through elementary grades, but our Backyard Chicken Study has also become popular among adults!
I wanted to take the information I have shared on our Instagram page and create lists of both free and paid resources we use throughout our year! I hope you find this information helpful, and please reach out if I can help in any way!

Other Resources
Thinkwell -The website includes a FREE trial and placement tests. FREE Brain Teaser Puzzles. Complete math curriculum taught by the engaging Professor Edward Burger! You can choose from grades 6-12, honors, AP & CLEP, or college math. Our children used Math Mammoth for three years before we switched to Thinkwell. They are currently using the courses for grades 6&7. Our favorite aspects of this curriculum include the video explanations of each concept, automatically graded exercises with feedback and printable notes. Professor Burger has completely changed their outlook on math! Online tutoring is also an option. Use the drop-down menu under courses to choose a grade level to explore. You may also be interested in their variety of high school electives, such as honors economics, honors American government, honors public speaking, honors microeconomics, and honors macroeconomics.
Form Curriculum - A Biblically-based health and PE curriculum. This includes four key areas: Functional Fitness, Optimal Nourishment, Rest and Recovery, and Multiplied Maintenance. You can also get a free preview of the program!
Super Teacher Worksheets - We have been members since we started homeschooling. For $24.95 a year, you have unlimited access to their printable resources. Their spelling packets and daily math reviews are the ones we love. They are perfect for independent work or road trips!
School House Rock - I grew up with these, and our children enjoy watching on our car rides. They have memorized the songs and lessons.
Mel Science - We use their Chemistry kits. These do require adult supervision, but they have been incredibly helpful for supplementing our science curriculum!
Crunch Labs - Our children learned about Mark Rober's Youtube Channel last year. They are fascinated by his engaging and informative videos. We have been using Crunch Labs boxes each month this school year, and it is the MOST exciting mail day! Our children are 5-13 years old and work on these together.
Prodigy - Our three oldest children have been Prodigy Math members for the last four years. They use the program year-round. It is game-based, but is very engaging and challenging!
Simply Piano - App-based lessons. Our whole family enjoys taking these lessons!
