Easy Bruschetta

Our easy bruschetta is perfect for entertaining, picnics, or topping our Wood-Fired Bruschetta Pesto Pizza!

Bruschetta

I prefer to make the bruschetta a few hours before serving. If you want to make it ahead, make sure to store it in an airtight container before storing it in the refrigerator.

1 pint grape tomatoes, quartered

2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed and minced

6-8 fresh basil leaves, chopped or torn

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

1. Add all of the ingredients into a small mixing bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
